fantastic resort experience
cute staff friendly staff efficient housekeeper
the staff were warm and cute. deepak, cristian, darsen, and akash stood out for their friendliness. they made sure i was comfortable. arvin kept my space super tidy and delivered fresh towels daily. he were pretty good making it a special experience.

the horizon seafood restaurant stands out with really good service. stephanie provided a warm welcome. her attentive care added a special touch to my dining experience. the all-inclusive package offers value for money.

the gym is excellent. it features modern equipment. the resort includes activities and a kids and teen club. these facilities are amazing. the resort provided opportunities for recreation and relaxation.

a mixed bag of experiences
chaotic buffet area slow service
the room was spacious, i must admit. it offered enough space to move around without bumping into things.
i faced some issues . the buffet area was a zoo, a chaotic mess with people bumping into each other. getting a drink reminded me of a challenge, i was practically invisible to the staff. the service was slow, and the waiting times were longer than i expected.
